Prices
Prices of translations may vary according to level of expertise, number of standard pages (SP)* or speed of performance. There are discounts for regular customers, volume discounts and some other price reductions (see the "Price List"). The quotation will be sent to you free of charge to your e-mail address or by phone. We have always met our customers' requirements and agreed to a price to their satisfaction. As we do not need to pay any extra administrative fees, VAT and rent, we can prepare a very favorable and competitive price for you. A guarantee of high quality, diligence and execution of confidentiality are par for the course.
Payment Conditions
- via bank transfer to our account number (invoice to be paid within 14 days)
- in cash when handed over personally
- for bulk orders and new customers an advance payment of 50% of the anticipated price may be required

- at setting the first order of a new customer we always charge a price to the lower limit referred (except for contracts and some legal documents)
- we offer also the following quantity discounts (up to 10%) for individual orders:
> 50 SP 5%, > 60 SP 6%, > 70 SP 7%, > 80 SP 8%, > 90 SP 9%, > 100 SP 10% - when processing the price quotation (free) resulting in order letting, the customer will get a discount with the next order
- we rarely charge express charges (20 to 30%) and only after prior agreement with the customer in the following circumstances:
order over 8 SP within 24 hours, order > 8 SP elaborated during the weekend (setting an order on Friday, translation hand-over on Monday) - for orders over CZK 10000, we may require an advance payment of 50% for new customers
Note: Individual discounts (or extra charges) cannot be combined. Inquire also about special reductions in price, such as seasonal discounts, reduction in price in the framework of special actions, etc.
1 SP (standard page) is a page having 1,800 characters, i.e. 30 lines at 60 keystrokes including spaces. Number of SP can be easily found out in MS Word on your PC as follows: Tools < words < item characters including spaces – this number needs to be divided by 1800. It should be noted here that a number of SP of the text already translated may slightly differ from that of the initial text.
